Ian began his production career in 1990 when he joined BBC Events. He worked on a wide range of output and in roles including Series Director and Executive Producer. His programme credits include The Sky At Night and Royal Weddings and Jubilees. Since forming Sparkly Light in 2008, he has continued to bring his extensive production knowledge and expertise to a diverse range of exciting and innovate content.

Glenn began his career in television in 1998 working for the BBC's Watchdog and Holiday programmes. He has spent the last 20 years working across news, factual, children's and entertainment content, finding his niche Producing and Directing live events for the BBC, Channel 4 and ITV. Notable productions include The Royal Wedding of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Springwatch, Crufts, Invictus Games, Lord Mayor’s Show, The Burial of King Richard III, the Proms, and Global Citizen Live.

George has been an Editor for well over a decade, beginning at The Underwater Channel in 2009. Since them he has cut everything from feature films to corporate documentaries and almost everything in-between, working for companies such as the BBC and The Daily Telegraph. He is the main Editor at Sparkly Light.
